The report is authored by the world's top legal experts in the field of online gambling and offers a thorough, updated, review of the legal and political climate for Internet gambling throughout the world. In 10 years it has been established as the legal bible for the Internet gambling industry.
The report starts of in a very simple manner looking at the Internet and gambling in general. It then proceeds to look at Internet gambling, how it differs from traditional gambling and the challenges that are faced.
The next section, labelled business perspectives, has information on intellectual property, age verification and data sharing. Legal and regulatory matters are then presented including public policy, prohibitory and regulatory changes, self regulation and international law.
The penultimate section is entitled global policies and perspectives and looks at the different policies in place across the world.
